Aspirant who want to qualify IBPS Clerk 2014 should attempt at least 150-180 questions to stay on the safer side. Last year in 2013, candidates who had done 130 questions are able to clear it. So this depends on toughness of test. Whatever the case, you must try to do as many questions as you can but with keeping in mind accuracy of your answers. One basic fact is that if they paper comes hard, the cut off is going to be low and it comes easy, the cut off would be high. This is because whatever a candidate does, some of his/her questions are going to be wrong. So keeping in mind the factor of safety, it is better if you attempt this much questions. But aspirants should note that there is negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer and there are 5 option of whom you have to select. So this increased your possibility of guessed answer getting wrong. So it is better if you do only those questions in which you are sure about the answer.
Remember, Hard word with smartness is the key to success.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection declares a total of 22415 Clerk Vacancies in 20 Participating banks in 2012.
