REET Salary 2024 in Rajasthan Pay Scale of Level 1 & 2 Teacher

Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) released REET notification 2022 on 12 April 2022. REET 2022 Level 1 and 2 Exam is to be held on 23, 24 July 2022. Level 1 Teacher posts are of Class I-V and Level 2 Teacher Posts are of Class VI to VIII.

Candidate should be REET qualified to apply for Level 1, 2 Posts of 3rd Grade Teacher.

The Pay Scale for level 1, 2 Teacher posts upon Appointment is PB-2: 9300-34800 with Grade pay 3600.

Salary During Probation Period of 2 years

Upon joining the education department school, candidate is put on probation period of 2 years. During this time, basic pay salary is given to the candidate without any allowances which is Rs. 23,700.

• Total Starting Salary during 1st 2 years: Rs. 23,700

Salary After Probation Period

After 2 years probation period is over, candidate is given salary and pay scale of Level 10 (L-10) Pay matrix of Rajasthan State Government servants. So the basic pay given after probation period will be Rs. 33800. Dearness allowance, HRA, TA etc. added to this basic pay and the Total salary becomes approx. Rs. 49000-52000.

• Total Stating Salary after probationary period: Approx. Rs. 49000-52000
• Deductions from Salary: Rs. 4500
• Cash in Hand Stating Salary after Probationary Period: Rs. 44500-47500

 

Deductions includes NPS (10% of Basic pay), Income Tax (when applicable) etc.

Allowances given: Dearness Allowance (DA) 42% of basic pay, HRA (8-16% depending on city of posting), TA etc.
