How to Calculate Total & In Hand Salary from Pay Scale, Grade pay or Basic Pay as per 7th Pay Commission

Total Salary = Basic / Entry Pay + Dearness Allowance (50% applicable from January 2024) + House Rent Allowance + MANet Salary = Total Salary - Deductions
