SBI CBO Recruitment 2022 for 1422 Posts

State Bank of India (SBI), the largest bank in India, invites online applications from Indian Citizens for appointment as Circle Based Officer (CBO) through Advertisement No. CRPD/CBO/2022-23/22. Total 1422 Posts are to be filled in this recruitment.

Graduate candidates who are eligible, can fill their online form from 18 October to 07 November 2022 through direct link below. Selection of candidates will be done through Online exam, Screening followed by Interview. Selected candidates shall be posted in the applied Circle/State only.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Age limit (as on 30.09.2022):

between 21-30 years for unreserved category candidates i.e. born not later than 30.09.2001 and not earlier than 01.10.1992 (both days inclusive).
21-35 years for SC/ST
21-33 years for OBC
21-40 years for PWD (Gen/ EWS)
21-43 years for PWD (OBC)
21-45 years for PWD (SC/ST)

2. Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university in any discipline or equivalent qualification recognized by Central Govt.

3. Experience : Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.

4. Knowledge of Local Language: Candidate should be proficient (reading, writing and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State.

Selection process

Online test (75% weightage)
Screening
Interview (25% weightage).

Online exam will consist of objective test (120 questions / 120 marks / 2 hours) followed by descriptive test (2 questions / 50 marks / 30 minutes). All 4 sections in objective test will have separate duration as mentioned in below image.

Exam Pattern:

There will be no negative marking in objective test. No sectional qualifying marks will be there. Three times the vacancies, candidates will be shortlisted for screening. Interview will be of 50 marks and carry 25% weightage in final merit.

there is No fee for SC/ST/PWD/XS.

State Bank of India will conduct online examination of Circle Based Officer (CBO) on 04 December 2022. Those candidates who applied for this recruitment, will be able to download their admit card from here after release.
