Here you can download Indian Navy Civilian Admit card 2023 (INCET) for Tradesman, Chargeman and Sr. Draughtsman posts. Official notification has been released and online exam form submission commenced from 18 December 2023 and ended on 31 December 2023.
Candidate should not submit multiple applications for the same post. However if this happens, then complete application with higher registration number will be considered. Also they should indicate choice of command of posting in order of preference.
Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Indian Navy has released notification for Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 01/2023 inviting applications for these 910 Posts. Eligible candidates can submit online application forms from 18 to 31 December 2023. 1. Chargeman & Sr. Draughtsman: Pay Band 7th CPC Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400)
These 300 posts are of General Central Service, Group ‘B (NG)’, Non Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

2. Tradesman Mate: Pay Band 7th CPC Level 1 (Rs. 18000-56900)
These 610 posts are of General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non Gazetted, Industrial.

Eligibility Criteria of Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment 2023 (INCET 01/2023):
Age limit:
For Unreserved candidates:
- 18-25 years for Chargeman and Tradesman Mate posts
- 18-27 years for Sr. Draughtsman posts
Upper Age relaxation for reserved categories:
5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC Categories is applicable. You can check full relaxations in age from notification available at link below.
Educational Qualification:
Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop):
B.Sc. with Physics or Chemistry or Math.
OR
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Chargeman (Factory):
B.Sc. with Physics or Chemistry or Math
OR
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
Senior Draughtsman (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Armament / Construction/ Cartographic):
- Matriculation / 10th class or its equivalent
- 2-year Diploma or Certificate in Draughtsman from ITI or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience from a drawing or design office in the field mentioned in notification.
For Tradesman Mate:
10th pass and ITI certificate in relevant trade.
All qualifications should be from a recognized university / institute / board.
Examination fee:
Rs. 295/- is to be paid by candidates (except SC/ST/PwBDs/ESM and Women candidates). Applicable taxes and charges will be extra. Fee can be paid only through online mode i.e. UPI, Net Banking, Visa / Master / RuPay Debit card or Credit card.
Selection Process:
First screening of all received applications will be done. Then all shortlisted candidates will be called to appear for a online written exam of 100 marks. It will have 100 objective questions to be solved in 90 minutes.

How to fill Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 01/2023 Online form
Visit the application form link given below after submission starts or you can visit joinindiannavy.gov.in >> Join Navy >> Ways to Join >> Civilians >> INCET-01/2023. There they have to fill correct personal details and upload photo and Signature in the exam form and submit it. After submission, candidate should note registration details i.e. application number and password and make payment of fees.
